Caregiver Connect with Transplant Families
Caring for a child who has received a transplant is one of the most demanding and often isolating experiences a parent can face. Caregiver Connect is a free, online support session held on the second Tuesday of each month, moderated by a licensed clinical social worker. This is your space to share what you're going through, ask questions, and find community with other caregivers who get it.
Whether you're newly navigating the transplant world or years into the journey, you are welcome here.
