AMERICAN AIRLINES / MILES FOR KIDS IN NEED

American Airlines offers one flight per patient; must be referred by a non-profit organization. Based on financial need which must be verified. Telephone 817-469-9474

ANGEL FLIGHT SOARS

We coordinate free medical flights for all of the patient’s needs throughout the entire transplant process.

ANGEL FLIGHT WEST

Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Our network of 1,400+ pilots throughout the 13 western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations.

Gift of Life Howie's House is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization.

Provides access to long-distance medical care by providing charitable medical transportation throughout the United States and at times internationally.

NATIONAL PATIENT TRAVEL HOTLINE

serves to make referrals and provide “how to get there” assistance for any patient needing to travel to a distant specialized medical facility for evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Patients served are people for whom the cost of long-distance travel for medical care is difficult financially. 800-296-1217
