Caregiver Connect

As a parent of a transplant recipient, you may have many questions and concerns. You may feel overwhelmed and alone. The Free Zoom Caregiver Connect sessions can help. During these sessions, parents and/or caregivers can share their experiences, ask questions, and find support from other caregivers who understand what you are going through. Join us for our next session. We look forward to meeting you!
Requirements: stable internet connection, willingness to participate with voice and video, MUST be a caregiver of transplant recipient child. Bereaved parents are always welcome. Young Adults who are recipients or caregivers are welcome. Teens are welcome on special days only.
