A statement from recipient families and community groups on last week's Senate Hearing on OPTN/UNOS

Many of you might have followed the OPTN/UNOS Hearings with the Senate Finance Committee. If you have not, you can find more information here: https://chng.it/2DmjgYwM


Recipient families noticed that pediatrics was not mentioned once. In order to keep this a top priority for organ allocation going forward, we have written a letter to the Senate Finance Committee to bring this to their attention and ask some clarifying questions regarding guidance given in a staff memo regarding hearings.
