We are excited to announce the American Transplant Foundation’s newest event and the start of the Transplant Hero Awards Nominations.

On September 26, 2013, the Inaugural Transplant Hero Awards will bring together the transplant, dialysis, and business communities in Colorado and beyond.

Held at the exquisite Pinnacle Club at Grand Hyatt Downtown Denver, this will be the first event focused on unifying our community for the cause we all care about – saving and enhancing lives through transplantation and living donation.

In preparation for this memorable evening, we would like to invite you to nominate those who have made a lasting impact in the transplant community. Award categories include:

Patient Advocate Award – Medical Professional who has demonstrated extraordinary effort in helping their patients through their transplant journeys.

Gift of Life Award – Living Organ Donor who has given selflessly and anonymously so that another can live a full and abundant life.

The deadline for entries is Monday, July 8th, 2013. Patients, family members, caregivers and health care professionals are encouraged to submit nominations. Self-nominations are also strongly encouraged.
