Father's Day is a time to celebrate all of the amazing transplant dads out there. For our transplant families, Father's Day holds a special meaning. They are often the ones holding together the family while moms are in the hospital supporting their transplant recipient child. They are often the ones sorting through thousands of dollars in medical bills and somehow figuring it all out.
