Heart transplant recipient Erik Compton randomly met aunt of donor – CBSSports.com

This is just … too much. Erik Compton — a two-time heart transplant survivor — was having dinner in Ohio this week during the Memorial.

The woman who served him turned out to be the aunt of the man whose heart now beats in Compton’s chest. I’ll let Jim Nantz tell the tale far better than I would be able to.
