The Pediatric Heart Transplant Society (PHTS) Foundation is looking to make custom holiday cards with your child's artwork! These cards can honor anyone you wish and will have the option to be posted on the PHTS social media page and/or PHTS will mail a hard copy to the recipient. They will be available by making a donation to the PHTS Foundation.
The PHTS is dedicated to the advancement of the science and treatment of children during listing for and following heart transplantation. The foundation supports educational supports for parents like the Pediatric Heart Transplant: A Guide for Patients and Families. and is involved in many research efforts aimed to help transplant children have longer lives and have easier follow-up care.
We are hoping to offer a variety of beautiful artistic cards for supporters to choose from. All cards will give credit to the artist (your child!).
Please submit all drawings to DeAnna at dbeckham@uabmc.edu with the PHTS Holiday Card Drawing Form below. Submissions are due by Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
