Transplant Families is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with the Chris Klug Foundation, a national nonprofit that raises awareness and educates on the importance of organ donation, for their virtual Patient Ambassador Program this month! On September 17th from 1-2pm MST, we are collaborating with CKF for their pediatric transplant webinar, which will highlight inspiring individuals and medical professionals within the pediatric transplant community. This webinar will feature a panel discussion, consisting of four guest speakers—including our very own Executive Director, Melissa McQueen! As a panelist, Melissa will share her story and discuss her experiences as a mother of a child who received a lifesaving transplant. In addition, the discussion will be moderated by
Olympic medalist, liver transplant recipient, and CKF founder, Chris Klug, with a Q&A session to follow where you, our webinar viewers, have the opportunity to ask the panelists your questions in real-time!
