Holiday Help for Heart Transplant Families brought to you by our friends at Enduring Hearts

Enduring Hearts Road to Recovery (RTR) gas and Feed the Heart (FTH) grocery programs were created to help relieve financial stress for heart transplant families.

Qualifications:

• Child must be currently listed or have received a heart transplant

• Families are eligible for up to 4 RTR gas card awards. No application limits for FTH grocery cards

• Not income based

• Child’s status is verified with social worker once application window is closed.

• Once verified, cards will be mailed by a third-party vendor.
