What better way to celebrate an eleventh birthday than with a milestone? Brand new video shows Sarah Murnaghan up and walking on her big day — a day that was big in more ways than one.

She made headlines earlier this year after her battle with cystic fibrosis became public as her family fought for their daughter to be able to receive a lung transplant despite recipient regulations.

On her Facebook page, Sarah’s mom posted the following message: “Sarah walked 10 feet with her walker for the first time. Actually made it out of the room!”
